Ashtanga is a modern-day form of classical Indian yoga. Ashtanga focuses on synchronizing breath with a progressive series of postures. This energetic and more challenging practice will produce an intense internal heat resulting in a purifying sweat that detoxifies the entire body!

Daily Flow with Jade
Daily Flow synchronizes breath with movement, often moving at a pace of one breath per pose. Moving with the breath brings smoothness to the practice, allows the body to build an internal warmth, and allows the practice to become a form of moving meditation. This is a slightly more energetic form of yoga and offers many modifications leaving it open to all levels. Like all of our classes, this practice will end in a heavy dose of relaxation so you will leave feeling amazing inside and out!

Ashtanga Half Primary with Heather Serna

This class is a guided half primary series open to anyone with either a Sublime Yoga membership or pass OR a Mysore Tampa Bay membership or pass! Primary Series is called Yoga Chikitsa or Yoga Therapy. The Primary Series focuses on asanas (postures)that purify the body. The asanas are arranged in a sequential order, each posture builds on the previous one, strengthening and balancing the body.  Come cleanse your body and mind through the first half of Primary Series with the traditional Sanskrit vinyasa count.

Gentle Flow with Jade
Gentle Flow is open to all levels of practice and abilities and is especially great for beginners or those searching for the therapeutic benefits of yoga. This soothing gentle practice focuses on moving slowly into basic yoga poses while using the breath as a tool to remain present and mindful. The slow pace of this class allows you to enjoy the simple sweetness of each pose. Expect lots of stretching and lengthening with a heavy dose of meditation to wrap up your practice and leave you feeling great!
